All remaining BCF email mailboxes will be migrated to Office 365 over the July 4th weekend, beginning Friday morning July 3rd.
If you use a phone app or an email client to read your BCF email, you will need to reconnect after your account is migrated.
The most reliable method for reconnecting an email phone app is to either delete it or uninstall it and then reinstall it, or to remove your BCF account from it and then re-add it.
For an email client or reader on a computer, the most reliable method is to remove your BCF account from its settings and then re-add it.
For more detailed notes and instructions on connecting after the migration, please visit: Connecting to BCF Email
(If you see a message “You do not have the necessary permissions to view this page”, please log in to myBCF to view the document.)
Also, please note that 2-factor authentication will begin to be enabled for all remaining BCF Office 365 accounts beginning July 27th, including student accounts.
For those using Microsoft Office, Office 2016 or later is required to fully support 2-factor authentication.
All BCF office computers are already upgraded to a supporting version.
For personally-owned devices, you have access to a free license and download of a current version of Office on up to 5 computers; please log in with your BCF email account at https://portal.office.com to begin.
