An Evening of Class Etiquette Requirements

For the past four years, BCM has hosted An Evening of Class formal dinner and while the event has always been free to those who attend the only requirement is that each participant partakes in formal etiquette training. BCM has put together a curriculum we like to call A Touch of Class which provides students with all of the information necessary to participate in a formal dinner such as An Evening of Class. This year the requirements are:

Each student must attend the three etiquette courses provided throughout the Spring semester to be granted admittance to An Evening of Class. Those dates are:

  • Friday, February 17th at 10 AM - Mills Center 1
  • Friday, March 3rd at 10 AM - Mills Center 1
  • Friday, April 21st at 10 AM - Mills Center 1

*If you are unable to attend any of these meetings the video recordings of each meeting will be available below. Simply click the link, log-on to the OneDrive using your MyBCF credentials, view the video, then send an email to bcm@baptistcollege.edu stating that you viewed the video so you can receive credit for the etiquette training.

Thursday, April 12 at 7 PM - Java Night

Java Night is the BCF version of a Talent Show. Students are able to showcase their many talents and abilities that they would not have the opportunity to display on any other stage. Coffee is provided for this enjoyable, informal event.

Thursday, April 26 at 7 PM - Evening of Class

The elegant Evening of Class is our final event of the school year. After participating in three etiquette classes, students will be able to enjoy a formal meal and a motivational speaker. The Evening of Class is a nice way to the end the year with our beloved faculty, staff, and students.
